The challenge:
Reimagine Overlake’s annual fundraising gala identity to feel compassionate and festive, inviting donors to celebrate community and care without the formality of a black-tie event.
My solution:
As project lead, I art directed and designed the 2024 Bandage Ball campaign, overseeing nearly 60 coordinated pieces across print, digital, and environmental media. A hand-illustrated visual system carried the concept across invitations, ads, motion displays, and stage graphics, creating a cohesive experience at every touchpoint. The campaign earned both a 2024 Aster Gold Award and a 2024 Healthcare Advertising Award for excellence in event branding, and helped raise $1.4 million, bringing donors together for an evening of music, connection, and generosity.

The challenge:
After a campaign video introduced the new CORE initiative, describing a collaborative approach that had not yet been implemented locally, the next step was to extend that narrative across print, outdoor, and digital formats—without relying on photography.
My solution:
I designed a cartoon-style handout that translated the video’s message into approachable illustration and clear, conversational dialogue. The visual language established here became the foundation for an integrated campaign spanning billboards, transit ads, and digital placements. Each execution adapted the system—using either the apples or trap motif—to suit its environment while maintaining a consistent voice, tone, and impact.
